Orders & Delivery
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes! We offer same day delivery within the Perth metropolitan area for orders placed before 12:00 PM AWST. Same day delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
How long does standard delivery take?
Standard delivery across Australia takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Express delivery options are also available at checkout.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

What is inside each hamper?
Each hamper listing includes a full list of contents. All hampers are beautifully wrapped in our signature black and white striped box with a gold satin ribbon.
Can I customise a hamper?
Yes! We offer a personalised gifting concierge service for custom hampers and special occasions. Please contact us at hello@1in99gifts.com to discuss your requirements.
Do you offer gift messages?
Yes, you can include a personalised gift message at checkout. Your message will be printed on a card and included in the hamper.
Are your products suitable for dietary requirements?
Some of our hampers contain products that may include allergens such as nuts, gluten or dairy. Please check individual product listings for full ingredient details or contact us at hello@1in99gifts.com if you have specific dietary requirements.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@1in99gifts.com with a photo and we will make it right.
