Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. As our hampers contain consumable items including food, beverages and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@1in99gifts.com with a photo and we will make it right.
